Who We Are
Smiles for Abby was founded by Nick Valentine, Abby’s husband, as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in March 2024. The organization initially began as a platform to update friends and family on Abby's journey with an aggressive form of leukemia. What started as a social media page to share Abby’s progress has since evolved into a dedicated resource for advocacy, awareness and support for young adults facing cancer.
Smiles for Abby now provides care packages, acts of kindness, and uplifting experiences for young adults (20+) facing cancer, while offering support and raising awareness within our communities.
