SHARING A SMILE ONE CARE PACKAGE AT A TIME

Thanks to our generous donors, we’ve been able to send care packages across the country, as well as to the Penn State Cancer Institute and Geisinger Outpatient Cancer Centers.

Smiles for Abby's care package program aims to provide young adult patients over the age of 20 with practical items to help during long hospital stays, as well as comfort items to lift their spirits. Packages are provided to patients at Penn State Cancer Institute and Geisinger Outpatient Cancer Centers. Packages are also mailed to recipients who have requested one be sent to a young adult cancer patient.

Monthly collections for care package items and monetary donations will be held at Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish located at 280 N Race St, Middletown, PA on the last weekend of every other month (next dates: March 29 and 30). Collections will take place in the vestibule of the church after each Saturday and Sunday mass service.  Please check weekly mass bulletins for updates to the collection schedule.
